Tank Talks privacy notice

This privacy notice describes the public Tank Talks website at tanktalks.fm. The site presents podcast information, episode media, guest backgrounds, and links to Tank Talks channels and partners. The website does not provide a public user account system or sell products directly. Vercel Analytics is used to understand aggregate site use. Playback and subscription actions can connect visitors to third-party services, including YouTube, Substack, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify; those services process information under their own privacy terms. Links to guests, sponsors, and social networks also lead to independent websites. The contact form collects first and last name, email address, LinkedIn profile, message, and an optional Twitter profile. Vercel BotID checks inquiry submissions for automated abuse. It also stores HMAC-hashed network metadata to prevent abuse. Inquiry data is held in private storage, is not published through site APIs, snapshots, packages, or analytics, and is initially available only to Jay as the authorized reviewer.
